In the heart of Paris, amidst cobblestone streets and bustling traffic, a small budding bloom of hope rises. A Dream flower. Dosamma was born out of a dream, a dream of friends who came to France seeking a better life after the pandemic had devastated their businesses back home in India. With the last of their savings, they opened a small restaurant, determined to share the joy of Indian food with the French and fill their hearts with culture and their stomachs with good food.
The friends had a vision for a restaurant that was more than just a place to eat. A hope for the blooming bud.They wanted to create a space where people could come together to experience the rich culture and flavors of India in a sustainable and eco-friendly way. They sourced their ingredients locally and prepared them with care, using traditional Indian cooking methods and recipes . Introducing the refined palate of the French to the flavor explosion of the east. They also ensured it would be vegan and green, making their restaurant accessible to everyone and holding on their values. The Bloom should be colourful, bright, full of life and joy.

In 2010, Dosama was born with a simple yet ambitious vision - to introduce the authentic flavors of Indian cuisine, with a primary focus on dosas and Wada Pav, to the food-loving community in France. Launch of our First Product
Two years after our inception, we proudly launched our first product - mouthwatering dosas and the iconic Wada Pav.
