Three friends from India landed in Europe to pursue their master’s degrees, but life had a delicious twist in store. While adjusting to life in Paris, they realized something was missing—high-quality vegetarian Indian food that was quick, fresh, and accessible. That’s when the idea of Dosamaa was born—a chef-less, SOP-driven, Indian vegetarian QSR built for the global stage.

The first step? Crafting a menu that was bold, flavorful, and true to Indian roots. Together, they started the first Dosamaa store in Montmartre, Pigalle, bringing the magic of dosa and South Indian flavors to the heart of Paris.

From the very beginning, Dosamaa was designed to be scalable and efficient. After months of fine-tuning recipes, standardizing processes, and testing the system with a small but dedicated team, the model proved itself—it only took one week of training for new hires to run operations smoothly. No dependency on expert chefs, just great food made simple!

What started as a small experiment quickly turned into a movement, thanks to the incredible support of our loyal customers. With their love and encouragement, we are now expanding across Paris and London, taking Dosamaa from a local success story to a global mission—to make Indian vegetarian food fast, fresh, and loved everywhere!
